Nokshi is deeply rooted in the personal story of its founder and Designer, Nafi Haque Ahmed, whose firsthand experience revealed the cultural and artistic erosion caused by mass production and the growing disconnect from authentic craftsmanship.

The designer being an immigrant, Nokshi is also a bridge between past and present—a way of staying connected to the culture, heritage, and stories that shaped us while building a life in a new world. It is an exploration of identity, belonging, and the desire to carry one's roots forward rather than leave them behind.
